This certified Zero Energy Ready Home has four-bedrooms, four bathrooms and is in a private community on the Guilford, Connecticut coast. The home owners goals were to live simply, reduce the amount of stuff and have a welcoming home for grandparents and friends to visit. The house has an open floor plan downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs. It is a simple 2 story modern box with emphasis put on materials, textures and simple design. There is no attic or basement.
