Foster Positive Client Relationships
Maintaining rapport and professionalism leads to happy clients.

When I first meet a client, we do a walk-through of the job site. My job at this point is to listen. I want to understand the client’s needs and vision. We have a conversation, I ask questions, and once we arrive at an understanding, I document that in a contract.
Mitigating expectations is one of my most important jobs as a paint contractor. My clients are home most of the time, living in the space where my crew and I are working. By being thoughtful in mitigating expectations upfront, we create a great work environment for our team and the client. This yields a great result and a great relationship that leads to good referrals down the line.
